Integrated Management System (IMS) offers a dynamic approach to organizations seeking to provide Quality products or services to their customers while fulfilling their social responsibilities and obligations towards their employees and community by protecting Health & Safety and Environments.

Any economic activity, be it production or services, in public or private sectors, employs a combination of processes which coordinate and work together to achieve a desired outcome.  Such processes use human, material and natural resources to product desired products or services, which are gainful and profitable to an organization.  Inevitably, the processes used have profound effects on the Health and Safety of personnel as well as material assets.  The activities also interfere with our surroundings, producing environmental effects that are often negative and must be controlled.  This may be both a social responsibility as well as a legislative requirement.

Integrated Management System provides a well-defined and demonstrable system to determine requirements for Quality, Safety and Environment and provides ways and means to meet these requirements.

This course, conducted in a workshop style, is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of how the requirements of quality, safety and environment standards can be integrated and managed together; how documents can be combined and the system can be implemented using a common approach.
